The process

We want to keep the process when you book with us as simple as possible. We ask you for as much detail as possible so we can get the best wedding film possible. If at any point you have any questions then drop us an email or pick up the phone.

Booking
After contacting us about availability we require your deposit of 25% within 7 days. This is payable by credit or debit card. You will receive a confirmation email, and letter when the payment has been received. This payment is non-refundable after 14 days (unless another customer books us for the same wedding day)

Your details
With your confirmation letter your receive a link to an on-line form, it takes around 20 minutes to fill in and helps us create the best possible film. Its not urgent that you fill this in but its best that this is completed 30 days or more before your wedding day. You can update and modify the details at any time. You will also need to complete and send back the contract we supply.

Two weeks to go
We will be in touch by letter with a copy of all the details we have, its best your double check the information. The information pack also includes details that we need to inform you about. During the week before the wedding we shall also be in touch by telephone. Before your day your also welcome to visit us with prior arrangement.

On the day
Our aim is always to arrive early, our style is documentary so we aim to be as unobtrusive as possible. We can take the remains of the payment prior to the wedding day or 1 day after (Please not on the wedding day). We do not start editing your films until the payment has cleared so its important that if you want your films as soon as possible that the payment has cleared on or before the wedding day. This also applies to friends and family gift packs, which we aim to deliver within 7 - 18 days.

How long does it take?
We aim to edit all weddings within 3 - 18 weeks. Gold packages with friends and family gift packs are given priority and are usually sent to the bride and groom before the final full film. This is also the case with our web edited films. The bride and groom will be given images to approve which will be professionally printed on the gift cards and additional photos. Our aim is for for the gift packs to be in your hands in 7-18 days. Gift packs are sent by registered post so you will need to be able to collect the items. We can however deliver to a local corner shop using the collect+ service.
